Clermont, NJ (March 11, 2020) – Atlantic Wind Partners is a new company formed through the alliance of Northstar Marine Services, Blue Atlantic Fabricators, Semper Diving & Marine, and Delaware Bay Marine Terminal (DBMT). The four heavy-lifting marine service companies have teamed up to provide a single source for the Atlantic Ocean turbine industry, serving the East Coast from the state of Maine down to Norfolk, Virginia. The partnership enables Atlantic Wind Partners to offer an extensive range of offshore vessels, services, and accessibility, including marine robotics vehicles and specialized deep-water equipment.
Northstar Marine Services operates within both private and public professional marine sectors, offering barge and vessel rentals, lift boat services, marine spill response, hydrographic and geophysical survey support, as well as offshore wind and diving services.
Blue Atlantic Fabricators offers direct waterfront access in Boston and performs high-quality custom steel and aluminum fabrication projects of all sizes for heavy civil, bridge and marine contractors.
Semper Diving & Marine is New England’s veteran-owned and most advanced commercial full-service diving and marine construction contractor. The business’s divers, engineers, and operators provide a wide range of construction and inspection services to heavy civil contractors, facility owners, and municipal and private clients. These services include offshore vessels and hydrographic and geophysical offshore wind surveying.
Delaware Bay Marine Terminal (DBMT) is a multi-service marine facility on a 100-acre tract of the Maurice River in Leesburg, New Jersey. It has a ~1600-foot deep-water mooring pier for vessels up to 300′, a 600-ton travel lift with a full-service shipyard and fabricating facility, and warehousing and laydown available for lease.
